fa مروری بر دلایل ایجاد عیوب حباب، تاول، سوزنک و حفره در لعاب و نحوه پیش‌گیری از آن‌ها كاشي , چيني , لعاب , رنگدانه و جوهر Tile, Porcelain, Glaze, Pigment and Ink مروري <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="FA">قطعات سرامیکی خارج شده از کوره پخت لعاب ممکن است به دلایل مختلف دارای یک یا چند عیب باشد که باعث به هدر رفتن زحمات سفال‌گر و صنعت‌گر می‌شود. برخی از متداول‌ترین عیوبی که در لعاب رخ می‌دهد عبارتند از حباب، سوزنک، حفره، تاول، خط فلز، تارعنکبوتی، پوسته شدن، خزش، فروشویی، ابری شدن، تغییر رنگ، خال، شوره، کم لعابی و پریدن. چون حباب و عیوب حاصل از آن یعنی سوزنک، حفره و تاول از متداول‌ترین عیوب هستند، که تقریبا هر کارخانه تولید چینی ظرف، بهداشتی و کاشی با آن درگیر است و حذف کامل آن‌</span><span dir="LTR">‌</span><span lang="FA">ها بسیار مشکل است، در این مقاله سعی شده است با توجه به منابع مطالعاتی موجود و تجربه‌های میدانی، جنبه‌های مختلف این عیوب شامل دلایل ایجاد و نحوه رفع آن‌ها مورد بررسی قرار گیرد.</span> <span lang="FA">مراجع و کتاب‌های زیادی در مورد لعاب نگاشته شده است، اما متاسفانه در اکثر آن‌ها بحث در مورد عیوب لعاب و به‌ویژه حباب و عیوب حاصل از آن در حاشیه قرار می‌گیرد و به طور مقتضی مورد بررسی قرار نمی‌گیرد. نکته‌ای که نویسندگان در حین بررسی مراجع به آن برخوردند این است که اولا، پژوهش‌های زیادی در این مورد انجام نشده است. ثانیا، مطالب نگاشته شده چندان جامع نیستند. ثالثا، بیش‌تر مقالات در ارتباط با کاشی است و نه چینی ظرف، که علیرغم مشابهت‌ها، تفاوت‌های زیادی با هم دارند. رابعا، بیش‌تر مطالبی که نگاشته شده است، به ویژه در کتاب‌ها به نوعی تکراری است. خامسا، در آن‌ها از تصاویر مناسب عیوب استفاده نشده است. نهایتا این که بسیاری از پژوهش‌های جدیدتر به صورت پراکنده در سایت‌های اینترنتی آورده شده است و به همین دلیل در این مقاله از این مراجع نیز استفاده شده است. </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:red"></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">The ceramic articles taken out of the glaze kiln may have one or more defects for various reasons, which wastes the efforts of the potter and the craftsman. Some of the most common defects that occur in glazes are bubbles, pinholes, pits, blisters, metal lines, crazing, peeling (shivering), crawling, leaching, clouding, color change, specking, sulphuring, starving and popping (chipping). Since bubbles and defects resulting from it, such as pinholes, holes and blisters, are the most common defects, which almost every tableware, sanitaryware and tile factory is involved with, and it is very difficult to remove them completely, in this article, considering the available references and field experiences, various aspects of these defects, including the reasons for their formation and the way to fix them is investigated. Many references and books have been written about glaze, but unfortunately, in most of them, the discussion about the defects of the glaze, especially the bubble and the defects resulting from it, is on the sidelines and is not properly investigated. The point that the authors came across while reviewing the references is that, firstly, not much research has been done on this issue. Secondly, the written works are not very comprehensive. Thirdly, most of the articles are related to tiles and not tablewares, which despite the similarities, have many differences. Fourthy, most of the issues adressed in the references, especially in books, are somewhat repetitive. Fifthy, the references did not use appropriate pictures of the defects.
